Its 8' length and dual 10" diameter tube design increases the load capacity, stability, and tracking, plus it offers less wind resistance than a conventional pontoon boat. In addition, the Cougar's 10-piece aluminum frame and 7' four-piece oars make for compact storage and easy transport. Can stay afloat in as little as 3 inches of water.
